I am very confident in the tools I sell and have sample tools of everything for stylists and barbers to try before they make their buying decision.

I've been in the hair salon and barbering business since the late 1970's when I received my license as hair stylist / barber. I am passionate about the hair industry and enjoy the relationships I have developed with many stylists and barbers over the years.

Since mid 2018, when I started Over The Top, I decided I would only sell the industry's best cutting and styling tools, representing scissors from Hikari, Shisato, and Yasaka / Clippers and Trimmers from JRL Professional, / a specialty hair dryer and flat iron from GMJ Beauty / Crystal Ion Carbon combs from VIA San Francisco / round thermal and boar and vented paddle and cushion brushes from FROMM and Diane

I only sell to licensed stylists, barbers and students and have no delivery charge for customers in the Portland metro area.
